Nursery Fees and Charges

All three-year olds and four-year olds are entitled to 15 hours per week of free early education. Please refer to the Government website for further information.

Wykeham Primary School offers Nursery provision for three-year olds and four-year olds from Monday to Friday from 08:50 to 11:50. This amounts to 15 hours per week for 38 weeks during term time. Currently, there is no Nursery provision for 30 hours per week to support working parents.

Food Charges

The Government provides fruit for all Nursery children. As there is only provision for the morning, there are no additional meal charges.

Nappies and wipes

Wykeham Primary School expects all three-year olds and four-year old to be toilet trained by the time they join Nursery.

However, if your child is still in the process of toilet training, parents should provide the Nursery with nappies and wipes, and any additional items that may be required. Parents should continue to train their child at home.

Voluntary Contribution Fee

Wykeham Primary School may ask for a voluntary contribution fee which helps cover the cost of additional activities and items that enhance their child’s experience at Nursery. Parents will be informed of the cost at the time.

Other Charges

There may be a charge to parents from external providers e.g. school photographers. Parents can choose if they wish to purchase these.
